Are your Dr. Pen devices authentic?
Yes, all our devices are 100% authentic and come with a verification seal. You can verify the authenticity of your pen by scanning the QR code on the box through the official manufacturer's website.
How long does shipping take?
We process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location, while express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened items in their original packaging. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on devices or cartridges that have been opened or used.
Do the devices come with a warranty?
Every Dr. Pen device purchased through our store includes a 12-month manufacturer's warranty covering any technical defects or malfunctions under normal use.
How often should I replace the needle cartridges?
Needle cartridges are designed for single-use only. Using a cartridge more than once can lead to infection, skin irritation, and dull needles that cause unnecessary trauma to the skin.
